iGlycoMab is a highly purified murine IgG2b monoclonal antibody whose glycans are labeled with the stable isotope (15N).
iGlycoMab was developed to be used as an internal standard for the quantitation of glycoprotein glycans, and is well suited as a standard for monoclonal antibodies as well as Fc-fusion therapeutics because of the similarity in glycan structure and amino acid sequence near the Fc glycosylation site.
Because iGlycoMab is a full length glycoprotein standard its use compensates for the systematic errors associated with parallel sample handling, and thus provides superior results in terms increased accuracy and precision compared to traditional methods.Type your paragraph here.

Antibodies to O-GlcNAc modified proteins and peptides.
Antibodies that recognize proteins and peptides modified with O-linked N-acetylglucosamine.
Anti-IRS2 (GlcNAc T1155) antibody
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to human insulin receptor substrate 2 (IRS2, NP_003740) modified at threonine 1155 (T1155) with a O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc). GS0013 preferentially binds to the O-GlcNAcylated version of IRS2. Amino acid sequence of the region flanking T1155 suggests cross-reactivity with IRS2 of multiple species including mouse, rat, chicken, hamster and primates.
Tested applications ELISA, Western blot.
Target sequence TFSST(OGlcNAc)TTVTP
Isotype Mixed, predominantly IgG
